The plan data embedded in its subscription page lists Pro at $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year with 100 Hearts a month, Ultra at $13.99 or $139.99 with 200 Hearts, and Max at $19.99 or $199.99 with 300 Hearts; the daily caps in the same data are 5 and 30 text messages a day on the non-paying tiers. Images, videos and calls are paid for in Hearts. A September 2026 review listed Heart packs from 50 for $4.99 to 1,000 for $69.99 and calls at about 2 Hearts a minute; an August 2026 review found the plan grid hidden behind “Register to View Plans” and a Premium tier at $19.99 a month or $119.88 a year once signed in.

Its Privacy Policy, “Last Updated: October 24th, 2024”, says it may use the information it collects “to train our artificial intelligence/machine learning models”, and that while it does not advertise today, “we may in the future allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies or other tracking technologies” on your device. Its homepage FAQ, on the same day, says “your data is never shared, sold, or used for anything beyond creating your perfect experience.” The policy says the Services are not designed for anyone under 18.

The “Terms of Service” link in Secret Desires' footer led to a “Page Not Found” page when we checked on 17 October 2026, so there were no published terms to read on content licenses, refunds or what happens to your partner and chats when a subscription ends. The plans page says separately bought Hearts “stay on your account until you spend them”, but does not say what happens to a plan's monthly Hearts or to chat memory after cancellation.

The Terms of Service link in its footer returned a Page Not Found page on 17 October 2026, so there were no published terms to check on refunds, content licenses or what happens to your partner when you stop paying. Calla's terms and privacy policy are published and linked from every page.
