Written in your words

You give her a name, one line on who she is, what she is like, her story and how she texts. No slider soup, no picking from a public template: the person you describe is the person who replies.

A look that stays the same

Style, hair, eyes, skin and build, anime or realistic. Roll the dice on the parts you do not care about. Every picture she sends afterwards has the same face.

Can I create my own AI girlfriend for free?+

Yes. The creator is part of Calla's free tier: name, personality, story, texting style and look, with fifty messages a day and memory across conversations. No card, no invite.

What do I actually get to set?+

Four steps. Who they are: girlfriend or boyfriend, and which of the six personas is the closest base for how they are with you. Them: name, one line, what they are like, their story, how they text. Look: style, hair, eyes, skin, build. Voice: one of seven, on Calla+.

Do I have to write everything myself?+

No. The look has a die that rolls the closed lists for you, and the base you pick fills in a starting personality. Name, the written lines and the voice are never rolled; those stay yours.

Can I change her later?+

The dials you set at creation are free. Tuning them afterwards, and the full look panel in Customize, come with Calla+.

Can I pick her voice?+

On Calla+ you choose one of seven synthetic voices, with a sample before you commit. Free accounts get the voice of the base you picked.

Will she remember what I told her?+

Yes. Memory is on the free tier, not a paid upgrade. Your name, your history and the things you mention stay with her between visits.

Is she private, or do other people see her?+

Yours by default. The Lounge only lists companions people chose to share, and a copy someone takes home gets the personality and look, never your conversations.

Can I have more than one?+

The free tier has one active companion. Calla+ raises that to sixty, with tuning and sharing.
