Content & Removal Policy

The following are prohibited on Calla, however framed, and our systems are built to refuse them: sexualization of minors or anyone implied to be under 18; diapers / infantilism / “adult baby” content; non-consent of any kind (including asleep, unconscious, or drugged); incest or family (blood or step); bestiality and animal cruelty; snuff, death, abduction, or gore; sex involving anyone too impaired to consent (drugs, alcohol, hypnosis); watersports; paid sex or escorting; plural marriage or polygamy; hate speech; illegal activity and real-world instructions for it; and deepfakes or the likeness of any real, identifiable person.

Several of these restrictions are required by the card networks (Visa and Mastercard), not chosen by us. We follow them so we can offer card payments to the people who want them.

We enforce this list with layered, automated controls, not after-the-fact cleanup:

• Pre-generation filters. Every user message is screened by deterministic filters before it reaches the AI model. A prohibited request is blocked and never generates a result; the companion redirects in character.
• Output and image screening.The model's output and every image scene are screened again, so prohibited content is caught even if a model would otherwise drift into it. Image generation never depicts minors or animals.
• Model guardrails and Terms.Hard boundaries are built into the AI's instructions, and every user must accept our Terms of Service before generating anything.
• No real-person likeness. There is no feature to upload or clone a real person, so deepfakes are prevented by design as well as by policy.

Anyone can report content believed to be illegal or in violation of this policy or the card-brand standards, including a person who believes they are depicted. Use the form below, email [email protected], or use the CCBill content-removal request form.

How we handle reports. We review and resolve every report within five (5) business days. We investigate the reported content against this policy and the card-brand standards; if a violation is found we remove or disable the content immediately and act on the responsible account, up to suspension or termination. Content found to be illegal is removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement. We notify the reporter of the outcome at the email provided.

If you are depicted in content and want it removed, or you disagree with a decision we made, email [email protected]. We will remove content where the outcome of the review finds that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. If there is disagreement over whether consent is void, we will allow the dispute to be resolved by a neutral third party, at our expense.

Calla does not condone or permit human trafficking or sex trafficking of any kind. Any suspected instance of human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities. Because all content is AI-generated and depicts no real people, no real person is involved in producing it.

When we identify or are notified of violating content, we remove or disable it expeditiously and take action on the responsible account, up to suspension or termination. Attempts to generate sexual content involving minors are a zero-tolerance, immediate-termination matter and may be reported to law enforcement and to relevant organizations (such as NCMEC) where required. We retain limited records of removals and of blocked attempts for safety, legal, and payment-compliance purposes.
