HeraHaven's Terms of Service (version 22 August 2026) say it may use your Content to train its models unless you write in: “If you do not want us to use your Content to train our models, you can opt out by sending an email at [email protected].” The same Terms grant it “a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content.”

Reviews from February and September 2026 agree on the price: Pro at $19.95 a month or $79.80 a year. Pictures, voice and custom characters beyond the plan allowance cost Luna tokens, sold only to Pro members in packs from 200 for $10.95 to 3,600 for $99.95. The September review says HeraHaven “doesn't tell you how many free messages you get”, measured about 40 before the wall, and found one free Generator image, no voice and no Luna on the free tier. The Terms say all charges, “including subscription fees, recurring payments, and Luna Package purchases, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.”

Its Privacy Policy (version 10 September 2024) sets the retention period for your account data, and for the “Image Video Audio Data you may share during chat”, at “5 years after the erasure of your account.” On age it says the company does not knowingly process minors' data, “however, since it is impossible to cross-check and verify the age of persons entering or using the Company's site”, it relies on the 18+ gate you click through.

Its homepage calls itself “the most popular AI girlfriend app” but publishes no pricing page: /pricing returns HeraHaven's own 404, and the plan prices only appear inside the app after sign-up. The September 2026 review reports that “memory breaks down in long sessions”, with characters losing track of details from earlier in the same conversation, and a manual memory field as the workaround.

HeraHaven is strictly 18+, uncensored, and good at pictures: a Generator that makes several images a batch, photo exchange inside the chat, voice notes both ways, and up to 25 custom characters on Pro. If what you want is a photo-realistic companion you can keep generating images of, and you are a paying member anyway, it does that job well.

Its Privacy Policy, version 10 September 2024, keeps your account data and the images, video and audio you share in chat for five years after you delete your account. It is a GDPR policy under Cypriot law, which gives EU users access and erasure rights on request. Calla does not run third-party advertising and does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Does HeraHaven remember you?+
Within limits. A September 2026 review reports that memory breaks down in long sessions, with characters losing track of details mentioned earlier in the same conversation, and that users edit a memory field by hand to patch it. Calla's memory is persistent across every conversation on the free tier, the same for every account, and she brings things up herself.
