Nectar's own pricing page lists the free plan at “15 Messages / Day” and “15 Messages in Memory”, with “Long Term Memory” reserved for the top tier. Its FAQ says “Memory is still technically limited, so older exchanges may fade over time” and that when a subscription ends, “Premium memory features become unavailable … and stored chat history from premium tiers may become inaccessible. The free plan's memory limits apply to your account going forward.”

Nectar's Terms of Use (version 2.2, last revised 15 August 2026) say “Users under 18 years old may only access SFW content areas and features”, and its privacy policy (updated 28 January 2026) says the service is “not directed to anyone under the age of 13”. So the platform admits users from 13 up, with adult content gated behind an NSFW toggle that users switch on themselves.

The privacy policy lists “Government-issued identification numbers … and an image of the relevant identification card” among data it may collect for Know Your Customer checks, and says “we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.” Its FAQ states that conversations “are not used to train external AI models.” The policy itself does not say whether chats train Nectar's own models.

Nectar's pricing page renders its prices in the browser, so they are quoted here from a review checked against that page on 28 September 2026: Premium $9.99 a month (listed as marked down from $19.99), Pro $19.99, Ultimate $34.99, plus credit packs from $4.99 for 2,500 credits. Credits are Nectar's in-app currency for “advanced roleplay, image and video generation, and access to certain AI models.” Terms section 4.3 lets Nectar rate-limit paid and free users alike, and section 4.6 makes subscription fees non-refundable except where the law requires.

Calla's free tier has unlimited messages and the same full memory as a paid account. Nothing is taken back if a subscription lapses. Calla is 18+ only, and its privacy policy says private conversations are not used to train public AI and personal information is not sold or shared for advertising.
Nectar is a serious product: built-in image and video generation tied to the character you chat with, several models to switch between, deep character customization, and a 64K context tier. If you want to make your own characters and generate pictures and video of them, and you are fine paying for memory, it is one of the more complete platforms.

Reviews checked against that page in September 2026 put Premium at $9.99 a month, Pro at $19.99 and Ultimate at $34.99, with credit packs from $4.99 on top. Calla's free tier has unlimited messages and full memory, no credits.
Does Nectar AI remember you?+
On the free plan, 15 messages. Paid tiers raise that to 8K, 16K or 64K of context, and Long Term Memory is listed on the top tier only. Nectar's own FAQ says memory is “still technically limited, so older exchanges may fade over time” and that premium memory and stored history “may become inaccessible” once a subscription ends. Calla's memory is persistent on the free tier and does not depend on a subscription staying active.
What happens to your Nectar chats if you stop paying?+
Nectar's FAQ answers this directly: premium memory features become unavailable, stored chat history from premium tiers may become inaccessible, and the free plan's limits apply from then on. On Calla, what she remembers stays the same whether or not you are on Calla+.
Is Nectar AI safe and private?+
Nectar's FAQ says conversations are private and “not used to train external AI models.” Its privacy policy, updated in January 2026, says personal information is not sold or shared for marketing without consent, but reserves the right to share non-personal information with partners and advertisers at its discretion, and lists government ID images among data it may collect for identity checks. Calla's privacy policy says your private conversations are not used to train public AI and your personal information is not sold or shared for advertising.
Is Nectar AI 18+?+
Not entirely. Nectar's Terms of Use say users under 18 may use the SFW areas, and the privacy policy only excludes under-13s; adult content sits behind a toggle users switch on themselves. Calla is an adults-only service, 18+ for every account.
