Calla is an adults-only AI companion service operated by Prismatic Enterprises LLC. This page is where you can reach us, manage your billing and cancellations, and raise a complaint or a content-removal appeal.
Who operates Calla
Calla is operated by:
- Prismatic Enterprises LLC (doing business as “Calla”)
- Sheridan, Wyoming
- United States
- General contact: [email protected]
Billing, cancellations & refunds
Calla never collects or stores your card number. All card payments are processed by our billing partner, CCBill.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription and not to be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at [email protected].
You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you will not be billed again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis through CCBill.
Complaints
For all complaints, please contact us through [email protected]. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to [email protected].
Content-removal appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email [email protected]. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.
About our content (18+, AI-generated)
Calla is strictly for adults. Every character is fictional and generated by AI; no real persons are depicted, and all AI-generated characters are created and presented as adults aged 18 or older.
Because Calla contains no depictions of actual human beings, the federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to it. Our content rules and removal process are described in our Content & Removal Policy and Terms of Service.
