DMCA & Copyright Policy

Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, including all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the exact content, account, or URL).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously and, where appropriate, notify the affected user. We aim to act on complete notices promptly, typically within a few business days.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
